I'm running a Crucial 250GB BX100 with the latest firmware. been searching everywhere about this and tried almost everything from: safemode boot, a Kill Zone: ntivirus, display card instalation, msconfig stuff, services stuff, reinstalling 3 times (the delay is present even my review here so i've put it in NAS and use it as XFS on GPT, no issue at all.

Find the maker of the disk drive and then go to its website, look for Diagnostics for the drive. No disrespect to Windows but m bored of seeing that logo....
Overall it looks like windows is loading drivers/system files at the rate of 1 per second instead of blitzing through. Is it a big to try it with ide?...In a new disk perhaps? I'd recommend you to check and see if the SSD is properly set in BIOS. Another thing I'd suggest you to do is run tests on the SSD in order to determine its health and SMART data status.
