I've heard that it can have something to do with the ATK package and I re installed it. Memory came back ok.

Make sure the mouse drivers are installed. I would recommend looking at updating your drivers first, then if this doesn't fix your issue, look to do a Bios update. If I deinstall VirtualBox and try the same scenario, I never get BSOD, even if I don't wait at all and send the computer into hibernation immediately after exiting qBittorrent.
Used the great SF Diagnostic Tool by Capt. It would be worthwhile to confirm your file system is sound. 2) Is this the ASUS Factory version of windows or a clean Windows 7 installation that you have done? 3) I haven't hibernated since, but I am definitely going to try to uninstall virtualbox and see if that solves the issue. But I tried removing the Nod32 program and so far I have not experienced a single crash.
