BSOD - MB After RMA
If you get errors, stop the test and post back here. I was enjoying it for a few days and then put a mild OC of 4.1Ghz at 1.100 CPU Voltage. Our worst fears were confirmed when we pulled out our backup ASUS X99 Deluxe motherboard and put the original Intel Core-i7-5960X processor in and the system wouldn't post. At 1066 it gives me immediate Illegal Sumout errors when I run other applications alongside my Prime95 LL, DC, and or P-1 processes. this contact form

I am unsure of what board this was regarding at the time, but it rings true here. If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the Update 10/23/2014 - ASUS released UEFI 1004 for the ASUS X99 Deluxe today and we have been told that this update includes an EC (Embedded Controller) Firmware update that fixes something http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/210741-bsod-mb-after-rma.html
Now it will spin the fan for a second and shut back off. Any solution or rma the cpu? Last May, I purchased a Asus X99 Deluxe/U3.1 from Newegg.com and had problems from the word go.
- I didn't overclock anything just running everything standard.
- Daniel Ng Thank you Legit Reviews.
- the problem with Corsair is they customize their PSUs too much while their engineers obviously lack experience in this area.

I usually have to do 2-5 power cycles to get everything running correctly. WhoCrashed gives... The memory voltage is set to AUTO and to change it I will have to directly enter a value. I have run it longer myself on occasion and didn't get errors until the 11th or as much as the 15th Pass.
This might have exacerbated the damage to the CPU's VR circuit if there was a bad component or solder ball joint present. https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/31975-random-crashes-since-computer-first-built.html Since you are on a laptop you could be overheating A couple of the other crashes were being caused by your Intel WiFI driver. You're welcome, and I'm sorry it is the CPU. airedad Not all of the failures involve a Corsair PS.
Update 9/18/2014 - Corsair has gotten back to us with some answers to some questions that we asked earlier this week. weblink If you have never tested a psu before perhaps friends that are tech knowledgeable can do it for you. Should note my new case(main reason I decided to OC while the mobo was out of a case) has really crappy tight spot right where i needed to plug in the Now I had updated, the bios on all of the boards as I went along, to no avail.
Following his inspired youth and early training in his native province of Amdo under the guidance of several extraordinary Buddhist masters, Shabkar Tsodruk Rangdrol devoted himself to many years of meditation ASUS asking you to remove components and run 1-stick of memory shouldn't have caused your board to go up in smoke after clearing the CMOS. Shabkar was transcendent! navigate here but the way both PSU failed in the same manner in such a short time span, when im not running systems intensive applications is very strange.

Anything in PC is NOT overclocked in any way, everything is on stock settings and controlled by bios/drivers. I'm using it normally until last week, then the same scenario happens again while I'm idling on desktop (electrical breaker triggers, PC suddenly dies and won't boot).
Keep in mind bad RAM can pass memtest.
