- I had no passkey disk created so I was up the creek so to say.
- It works!
- I tried this and it doesn't work.
- I then was able to install NTPWEdit to open the sam file on the secondary HD and change the password for both the administrator and primary user accounts.

Be sure to back up your important files, pictures, data, or whatever else - do not skip this. I understand that Vista, by default, hides and disables the Administrator account for security reasons.

They advised to restore to factory default settings and wiping all files. Go make a cup of tea.
