Win7 Dual Monitor Resolution Resetting
To solve the problem I delete the game and then I have no problems. Perform a System Restore to just before this point. I wonder what that is? I've tried everything, does anyone have a fix for this? Check This Out

Booting into another another OS (Win7 64) works OK, so it is just this OS installation. i would consult someone to help you as this also eliminates restore options but as well your problem lies within restore. Without resolution, will go back to Windows 7.
