Are you able to share the URL or even PM me the URL. Windows 10 Boot Manager Failed To Find Os Loader is put an older (IDE/ATA) DVD rom in and see if i can boot to the repair module that way from the Win 7 DVD.

If neither of those work do a Clean Install of Windows 7. Try burning that DVD and it will create a bootable DVD with many files/folders.
