Thumbnails Not Showing Windows 10

I was also lost my backround picture I set even after reboot. This has been one of the most annoying things about Windows 8 I could not stand! The two settings you quoted are both global settings; in my case however, only one folder did not show thumbnails. The only place I see these icons is when trying to move pictures from my Android phone.

  1. I had it working but installed a new codec pack but didn't realize I'd downloaded the 32 bit, not the 64.
  2. Works perfectly now.
  3. I also get windows photo viewer.
  4. My regular way to get them on my computer is to open 2 windows - one where my pictures are located and another one with the camera showing up (computer view).
  5. Hope someone can find a solution.
  6. Grr.

Make sure other settings mentioned in this forum are correct, so that thumbnails will appear. I thought it was as told by other info something to do with Fax printer not installed.
