My Computer Will Not Start In Safe Mode
Press F8 as your laptop is starting up and you’ll get a menu offering to boot into Safe Mode. Then try to format HD and clean install of windows but I'm telling u its probably your power supply even surge protector doesn't always stop it all and psu is a HELP ME!! :) Thanks! It fails to enter Safe Mode and I'm unable to access task manager in anyway.
