Windows 10 Losing Focus

Close everything else then go to Control Panel\Device Manager ... One of mentioned computers has Windows 7 HE 64-bit another has Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, so this problem is not specific to a particular version of Windows or to a particular I was just wondering if there is a hotkey to either focus on/make active what the mouse is over or just to left click.
