I initially tried the error reporting service published by others and it didn't fix the issue, but rather got worse. In order to do so, open your intel driver settings and click on power options. Then I made a click to fix the driver by Driver Talent.
Enable the Safe boot option and activate Network to make sure that you have Internet access while working in Safe Mode. I had no issues when I did my upgrade. Its some software / driver incompatibility. Screen Flickering Windows 8 It did not work.
As far as i understand it is because there whrre programs installed on our pc's witch wasn't compatible with win10. Keep the password blank and untick "user must change password at next logon". There are a few options. Check This Out Select the program, and then select UninstallMethod 3.
Select Troubleshoot/Advanced Option/Startup Settings/Restart/wait for windows/Press nr 5 on the list/Enter password if you have/Safe mode now.
