Stuck Forever On Checking For Updates.


Just loaded 230+ updates without a problem............ Now, when I try to check manually for Windows Updates it just hangs on the Checking for updates screen. Download page: microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=51857 - next you should restart and finally you can check for updates in manual mode. But now it's updating normally, and currently upgrading my PC to Windows 10 (Since I have a volume license, I can't go straight to 10). Source
