System Restart Will Not Restart At All - It Just Shuts Down


The only way I can turn it off is by pressing and holding the off switch on the laptop but isn't it bad to repeatedly turn your laptop off that way? So my setting is: 1. well power cable which runs underneath the keyboard was just detached. and I also have a question do you know how to enable help and support coz my comp is totally ****ed up I mean I can't find a way to enable his comment is here

Could also be a bad cap on the mobo, but what do I know? It stopped at exactly the same location, 75% complete (I'm 0-5 now). If it works for some of you facing similar issues try this method out. Have you updated the BIOS like the other guy said?
